Our membership includes more than one hundred dedicated individuals working in over fifty healthcare organizations throughout the State of Maine. Membership is open to anyone with a professional interest in the promotion of health care quality.

Director of Professional Quality Services - Primary person responsible for the development and implementation of the Central Maine Medical Center Performance Improvement Plan. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current license from the Maine State Board of Nursing; graduate degree in nursing, business, management, related field; or sufficient experience to provide the knowledge and skills of a Master's prepared person; at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience with demonstrated leadership ability and proven analytical and computer skills; outstanding written and verbal communications skills; exceptional customer service skills. Must have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with medical staff. 

Performance Improvement Analyst – St. Joseph Hospital, in Bangor, is looking for a Performance Improvement Analyst. Full-time, 40 hour position. Responsible for development of PI information collection systems and statistical analysis of trending data in support of hospital and medical staff activities. Current Maine RN license and BSN required. CPHQ preferred. Masters in Healthcare Administration, QI or equivalent preferred. Experience in PI/QI, Risk Management or Case Management. Excellent Word Processing, Database, Spreadsheet, Statistical and PI knowledge. Good communication skills required.

Medical Staff Services Coordinator – Senior Home Care in Tampa - North Adams Regional Hospital in North Adams Massachusetts and Maine is hiring for a Medical Staff Services Coordinator. Duties include credentialing, review, assessment and documentation of Medical Staff peer review, CME program, medical library and transcription management. Bachelor's, CMSC or commensurate experience preferred.
